HS Dorm Weekday Leave Form

1. The student’s parent/guardian can submit the Weekday Leave Form from the Friday before the week.
2. Please apply at least 24 hours before going out.

* Application period for weekdays :Friday to one day before *

1. Students cannot apply for leave-out forms on their own. Parents should apply with a unique PIN code.
2. Students must return to the house by 19:25.
3. G11 and G12 students in good standing may be eligible for 21:00 curfew privileges returning from weekday leave.
4. Even if students leave at the same time every week, Please apply every week.
5. When the students return from the weekday leave, they are not allowed to be off campus again.

고등기숙사 주중 외출 신청서

1. 주중외출 신청서 제출 시작은 "매주 금요일"입니다.
2. 신청은 최소 외출 24시간 전에 해주시기 바랍니다.

* 주중 외출 신청서 제출 기간 : 금요일부터 평일 외출 1일 전까지 *

1. 외출 신청은 학생이 스스로 할 수 없습니다. 학부모님께서 학생의 고유한 핀번호와 함께 신청 해주셔야 합니다.
2. 학생은 19:25까지 하우스에 복귀해야 합니다.
3. 생활 태도가 양호한 11학년과 12학년 학생들이 주중 외출 시에 21:00까지 시간을 연장하여 기숙사 복귀가 가능합니다.
4. 매주 동일한 시간대에 외출하는 일정이라 할지라도, 매주 신청해주시기 바랍니다. 7. 학생이 외출에서 복귀한 뒤에는, 다시 학교 밖으로 나갈 수 없음을 알려드립니다.
