Dear Parents,

Parents who wish for their child to move out of the dormitory, please review the information below and submit the application form.
(※ Please note that this submission is mandatory for all move-out procedures, even if there is no refund applicable.)

[Key Information]
  • Dormitory Fee Refund: Refunds will be processed on a prorated basis according to the school’s refund policy, based on the official move-out date.
  • Bedding & Laundry Refund: A fixed rental fee will be deducted first, and the remaining balance for unused laundry days will be refunded pro-rata.
  • Refund Period: Within 10 business days after the application is received and move-out is confirmed.one (issued free of charge).

  • Important Note: Please ensure the bank account details are entered correctly, as any errors may cause delays in the refund process.
  • Meal Plan Refund: Processed separately by the catering contractor, 'Dongwon Home Food.' Detailed contact information is available within the application form.

기숙사 퇴실을 희망하시는 학부모님께서는 원활한 행정 처리를 위해 아래 안내 사항을 확인하신 후 신청서를 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.

(※ 환불 내역이 없는 경우에도 퇴실 절차 및 명단 현행화를 위해 본 신청서 제출은 필수입니다.)

[주요 안내 사항]
  • 기숙사비 환불: 퇴실일 기준으로 본교 환불 규정에 따라 차등 지급됩니다.
  • 침구류 렌탈 및 세탁서비스 비용 환불: 고정 렌탈료 우선 공제 후, 남은 세탁 서비스 미이용 일수에 대해 일할 계산하여 환불됩니다.
  • 환불 시기: 신청서 접수 및 퇴실 확인 후 영업일 기준 7~10일 이내에 처리됩니다.
  • ID 카드 교환 (통학 전환 시 필수): 기숙 학생에서 통학 학생으로 변경될 경우, 기존 ID 카드를 반납하고 새로운 ID 카드를 발급받아야 합니다

  • 식대 환불 관련: 위탁 업체인 '동원홈푸드' 측에서 별도로 진행하며, 상세 문의처는 신청서 내에서 확인 가능합니다.
  • 주의 사항: 계좌번호 오류 입력 시 환불이 지연될 수 있으므로 정확히 기재 부탁드립니다.
