Dear KIS Dorm Parents,

If you would like to request weekend leave-out of your child, please click the link below to complete the form and submit by every Thursday 3pm. If a parent/guardian fails to submit in time, permission may be denied or allowed with penalties.

A unique Pin code was given to each parent. Please Click to request.

Also, students may only self-sign-out once they have submitted their permission form to the dorm office.

Please read the following notes for frequently asked questions.

Students can start leaving on Friday after 15:30, on Saturday & Sunday after 9 am. They must return from weekend leave between 17:30–20:00 on Fri/Sat/Sunday.

G11 and G12 students in good standing may be eligible for 21:00 curfew privileges returning from weekend leave and self sign out (SSO).

Grade 9 students…

Can request weekend self sign-out starting from the second quarter, by meeting dorm behavior and academic expectations. Cannot sign out of campus on weekdays

Grade 10 & 11 & 12…  

Male students can self sign-out every Wednesday(15:35-19:25), Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

(G12 male students can self sign-out by 21:00 on Wednesday and Thursday.)

Female students can self sign-out every Tuesday(15:35-19:25), Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

(G12 female students can self sign-out by 21:00 Monday and Tuesday.)

And, here are a few things that you need to be aware before making your request form.

1. You may NOTfill out the form two or more weeks in advance.
2. Application through email or phone call is not acceptable.
3. You must give the same contact information (name, mobile number) that has been registered with the HS dorm office.
4. You need to have Pin code to prevent students from applying the weekend leaving by themselves.

KIS 학부모님, 안녕하십니까.

학생들의 주말외박을 원하시는 학부모님의 경우, 매주 목요일 오후 3 시까지 Click 버튼을 누르시고 들어가셔서 해당 폼을 작성 후 제출해주시기 바랍니다.

목요일 오후 3 시 이후에 신청 하실 경우, 신청서가 거절되거나 외박/외출 시 패널티가 적용될 수 있으니 참고 부탁 드립니다.

또한 각 학생에게 부여된 4 자리의 PIN 번호를 공유해 드렸으니, 작성 시 해당 번호 확인하시어 필히 적어주시기 바랍니다. 자율외출동의서를 제출한 학생에 한하여, 주말 자율외출도 가능합니다.

미리 주말외출외박을 신청해주신 학생은 금요일 방과 후, 토/일요일 오전 9 시부터 나갈 수 있습니다. 주말외출외박(금/토/일)을 나간 학생들은 반드시 오후 8 시 이전까지 학교로 복귀해야 합니다.

G11/12학년은 주말외출외박과 자율외출(SSO) 시 오후 9시까지 시간을 연장하여 기숙사 복귀가 가능합니다.

아래는 해당 학년별로 정해진 자율외출 날짜 및 시간입니다.

 

9 학년 :

1 분기에는 자율외출동의서를 제출했다 하여도, 자율외출이 불가능합니다. 학생의 성적 및 학업태도를 반영하여 2 분기의 자율외출이 결정됩니다.

주중에 외출할 수 없으며, 주말(금요일 하교 이후~일요일)에만 자율외출이 가능합니다.

10 & 11 & 12 학년 :

• 남학생의 경우, 매주 수요일 오후3시 35분부터 오후 7시 25분까지 외출 할 수 있으며, 주말자율외출(SSO)이 가능합니다. (G12 남학생의 경우 평일 수요일/목요일 자율외출 가능하며 9시까지 복귀 할 수 있습니다.)
• 여학생의 경우, 매주 화요일 오후3시 35분부터 오후 7시 25분까지 외출 할 수 있으며, 주말자율외출(SSO)이 가능합니다. (G12 여학생의 경우 평일 월요일/화요일 자율외출 가능하며 9시까지 복귀 할 수 있습니다.)

덧붙여 주말외출외박 신청서 작성시 유의사항 알려드립니다.

1. 일주일 혹은 그 이후에 발생될 주말외출외박의 신청이불가합니다.
2. 이메일 또는 유선을 통한 자체적인 신청은불가합니다.
3. 기숙사 행정실에 등록해주신 정보와 동일한 정보(이름, 휴대폰번호 등)로 작성해주셔야합니다.
4. 학생이 자율적으로 신청할 수 없도록 보내드린4 자리 PIN 번호를 꼭 입력해주시기 바랍니다.
