The Dormitory Device Storage Program is not simply about restricting or confiscating devices—it is designed to help students build healthy digital habits and develop personal responsibility through self-regulation. We hope this program offers students the chance to cultivate self-control and maintain a stable daily routine. For Middle School dormitory students (Grades 6–8), electronic devices will be safely stored away from their living and learning spaces during designated times. • For students arriving at Jeju Airport, the designated meeting point is Gate 3 on the 1st floor (Arrival Hall). Please do not exit the building; instead, look for the “KIS Meeting Point” banner inside the terminal near Gate 3.
• On return dates, shuttle buses will depart between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM, depending on students’ actual arrival times. The schedule may be adjusted accordingly to ensure smooth transportation. On the return day, dinner will be served between 7:00 and 8:00 p.m.

• Clicking the approval button in the email completes the first stage of approval.

    3) Dormitory Final Approval

• After parent/guardian approval, the dorm advisor or dorm office will review the request.
• If the leave is not approved, we will contact you directly.

  [Important Notes]

• Leave requests must be fully approved by the parent/guardian at least 48 hours before departure (emergency cases may be exempt).
  • Example: Leave on Saturday at 5:00 PM → Parent/guardian approval must be completed by Thursday at 5:00 PM.
• Even for repeated leave with the same purpose, a new leave request form must be submitted each time.

3. Senior Privileges and High School Leave Time Exceptions

• Grade 12 (Seniors): From the second semester (February), return is permitted until 22:00 on both weekdays and weekends.
• High School (Grades 9–11): Depending on the situation, return may be permitted until 21:00 with dorm advisor or dorm office approval.

4. Responsibility & Safety During Leave

• Leave is conducted based on the agreement of both the student and parent/guardian.
• The school will make every effort to ensure student safety through prior approval procedures and safety guidance.
• However, situations occurring during leave may be beyond the school’s direct control.
• Inappropriate behavior during leave (e.g., smoking, alcohol consumption, violence) will be subject to dormitory disciplinary action.
