2025-26 Admissions process
ADMISSIONS PROCESS
Students applying to a grade with no seats available will be added to our waitlist. Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all required documents are correctly submitted. Students with incomplete applications will not be allowed to participate in testing or interviews. All documents submitted are considered the property of Korea International School, Jeju Campus, and will not be returned after the application process is complete.
입학 시험 지원 후 해당 학년이 공석이 없으나 합격 조건에 합할 경우, 합격대기자 명단에 기재될 수 있습니다. 지원자는 필수 서류가 모두 올바르게 제출되었는지 확인할 책임이 있습니다. 필수 서류를 모두 제출하지 않은 학생은 입학 시험에 참여할 수 없으며, 제출된 모든 서류는 본교 자산으로 간주되어 입학 시험 과정이 완료된 이후에도 반환되지 않습니다.

Please go to the application website and sign in to upload the document that is needed.
STEP 3
The application is considered complete once all the documents on the checklist have been submitted.
STEP 4
Applicants are required to pay the application fee which is non-refundable.
STEP 5
On-site admissions tests will be administered to applicants at the KIS Jeju campus.
STEP 6
Parents of the applicants will receive the test result notification via text message within 3-4 weeks of the test date.
STEP 7
Applicants are required to complete the payment of the tuition fee within a specified deadline.
STEP 8
After verifying the payment, the entire process is complete. Applicants will now be preparing for the first day of school.

*Letter of Recommendation Forms should be submitted directly by the teacher(s) to the school’s application system or via email (admissions@kis.ac). To access the recommendation form, applicants can go to the application website’s checklist section, fill in the homeroom teacher’s name and email address under the recommendation item, and click the submit button. The form will be automatically sent to the teacher’s email address.
In cases where the homeroom teacher is also the English teacher, applicants should obtain a recommendation letter from a different teacher preferably from a homeroom teacher from the previous year, current music, P.E teacher, etc.
*교사추천서는 담당 교사가 본교 양식에 따라 직접 작성 후 제출해야합니다. 추천서 양식은 학부모님께서 지원서 사이트 상 체크리스트의 추천서 항목에서 담당 교사 성함과 이메일주소를 기입 후 발송 버튼을 클릭하면, 교사이메일로 양식이 자동 발송됩니다.
만약, 담임 교사와 영어교사 혹은 수학교사가 겹치는 경우, 지원자는 가능한 지난해 담임 선생님, 현재 음악 선생님, 체육 선생님 등 다른 선생님으로부터 추천서를 받아야 합니다.
