• Tuition Program & Tech Fee Dormitory fee and school bus fees are billed on a semester basis (twice a year).
• A lumpsum payment for the annual tuition is not allowed and credit card payments are also not accepted.
• When paying tuition fees the KRW amount must be deposited into the KRW account, and the USD amount must be deposited into the USD account.
•  When paying in KRW the total required amount stated on the invoice must be deposited as a single payment. (separate deposits for each item are not allowed).
• The KRW 3,000,000 (re)enrollment deposit you have paid will be deducted from the tuition fee.
• The new student deposit and re-enrollment deposit are non-refundable, even within the payment period. Please ensure careful payment.
• Tuition, dormitory fees, and school bus fees are subject to refund in accordance with the schedule.
• The textbook deposit is refundable upon graduation or, in the case of withdrawal, if books are returned in good condition.
• The program & tech fee is to be paid in full and is non-refundable after the first day of classes.
• There will be opportunities for field trips, educational trips, or guest speaker visits throughout the year. These activities differ by grade and are determined by teachers. Excursion fees will be invoiced over the academic year.
• Boarding is available for grades 8–12, and all grades are eligible for the school bus.
• All dormitory students are required to use single rooms.
• Dormitory meals should be paid separately to the catering company. The amount will be announced at a later date.
